Zancle operates as an independent technical aggregator and publisher. Zancle holds no agency, commercial affiliation, mandate, or endorsement relationship with referenced third-party software vendors (such as Suno, Udio, ElevenLabs, RipX, Kits.ai, AIVA, LALAL.AI). Access to, subscription with, and usage of third-party platforms remain governed solely by each respective vendor's contractual terms.

1.3. Platform Intellectual Property

The software architecture, source code, brand assets, interface design tokens, and original editorial benchmarking texts of Zancle are protected under French and international intellectual property and copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, display, or distribution is actionable under copyright infringement statutes.

1.4. Database Sui Generis Protection & Anti-Scraping Policy

Pursuant to Directive 96/9/EC and corresponding French intellectual property provisions protecting database creators, Zancle holds sui generis rights over its curated directory and benchmarks. The systematic automated extraction, crawling, scraping, or mass reuse of all or a substantial portion of the catalog database without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

1.5. Third-Party Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use

All third-party trademarks, company names, logos, and product assets displayed on Zancle remain the sole property of their respective owners. Their mention constitutes nominative fair use strictly intended to describe and compare the functional characteristics of the software tools.

2.1. Open Features (No Account Required)

The following features remain accessible free of charge to any visitor without mandatory registration:

• Browsing the directory, multi-criteria filtering, and technical tool profiles.
• Free discovery preview (up to 10% of article content) across all editorial guides, case studies, and 1v1 benchmarks.
• Preparing a selection of two or three tools in the comparator before signing in, without calculating or displaying any result.
• Completing the step-by-step Matchmaker interactive questionnaire.

Access to gated features is facilitated either via an in-app contextual modal preserving current user state, or via the dedicated authentication page (/auth). Two secure authentication methods are supported:

Zancle strictly prohibits selling, renting, or transferring personal data to third-party ad brokers. No unsolicited promotional or marketing emails are sent. Electronic communications are confined exclusively to operational transactional notifications (magic login links, password reset, security alerts).

4.4. Retention Schedules

Personal data tied to user accounts is retained for the active lifecycle of the account. Accounts inactive for a continuous period of 24 months are purged automatically following advance notice. Technical security logs are preserved for a statutory maximum term of 12 months.

Pursuant to Articles 15 through 22 of the GDPR, users hold the statutory right to access, rectify, erase ('right to be forgotten'), restrict, and export their personal data.
