  • ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization : Variables regarding ad features and user targeting. On Zancle, these signals remain disabled as no advertisements are displayed.

Zancle (https://zancle.app) is an informative search engine, comparator, and index for artificial intelligence tools applied to audio and music creation.

4.2. Accessibility & Availability

Zancle is completely free for all web users. While best efforts are deployed to keep the platform online 24/7, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed during host maintenance.

4.3. Nature of Information & Third-Party Independence

  • Aggregator role: Zancle solely references, categorizes, and summarizes third-party AI software solutions.
  • No control over third parties: Zancle does not own, publish, or operate third-party platforms. Zancle bears no liability for third-party pricing changes, updates, or outages.
  • Third-party terms: Usage of external tools remains subject to each vendor's respective terms and software licenses.

4.4. Authorized Use & Anti-Scraping

Users agree to consult Zancle strictly for personal or legitimate workflow purposes. Automated data harvesting, scraping, or malicious server overload attempts are prohibited.

4.5. Limitation of Liability

Information is curated with maximum diligence but provided "as is" for guidance. The publisher disclaims liability for inaccuracies or third-party feature changes.

4.6. Terms Modifications

The publisher reserves the right to amend legal documentation at any time to reflect statutory updates. Revisions take immediate effect upon publication.

4.7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
